Our promise

Care that meets you where the pain begins — and follows you all the way home.

At Rehoboth, we don't believe in production-line physio. Every assessment starts with twenty unhurried minutes — listening, moving, ruling things out. From there, we build a plan that uses the right combination of our eighteen modalities for your body, your sport, your work, your life.

Whether you're a tradesperson with a stubborn lower back, a returning runner with a flared Achilles, a stroke survivor relearning fine motor control, or simply someone tired of waking up sore — you'll be looked after by clinicians who treat you, not the symptom.

Our mission

Exceptional, patient-centered care that restores mobility, relieves pain, and enhances quality of life.

Our vision

To be the leading healthcare provider in Grand Cayman — recognised for clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Our values

Unhurried first visits, measurable outcomes, evidence-led modalities, and a discharge on the day you no longer need us.

Six core services

One clinic. Every discipline your recovery needs.

Most clinics force you to chase three different appointments across two ends of the island. We assembled the entire continuum of musculoskeletal and rehabilitative care under one roof in central Grand Cayman.

Physiotherapy

Eighteen techniques. One personalised plan.

Hands-on manual therapy, progressive loading, shockwave, magnetotherapy, robotic rehab — calibrated to your tissue and stage of healing. Most patients use four to six modalities across a treatment plan, sequenced to the stage of recovery.

Chiropractic Care

Adjustments paired with the work that makes them hold.

Diversified manual technique, instrument-assisted methods (Activator, Drop-Table, Flexion-Distraction) and the soft-tissue rehab work that turns a single adjustment into lasting change. Integrated with our wider physiotherapy team.

Shockwave Therapy

The strongest evidence base for stubborn tendon pain.

Focused and radial acoustic-wave therapy for plantar fasciitis, Achilles and patellar tendinopathy, calcific shoulder tendinitis. Typical course is three to five sessions with re-measurement at session four — paired with progressive loading.

Dry Needling

Trigger-point release when massage isn’t enough.

A Western-medical technique — single-use sterile needles into trigger points to release myofascial pain, headaches, and stubborn muscular knots. Patients feel reduced tension within minutes and lasting relief over 24–48 hours.

Stroke Rehabilitation

Neuroplasticity needs volume and specificity.

Motor relearning, gait retraining, constraint-induced movement therapy, robotic-assisted rehab. Plans are reviewed every two weeks because recovery curves change fast in the first six months. We work closely with families — recovery happens at home, too.

Your recovery, in four acts

Not a package. A pathway.

Every patient at Rehoboth follows the same architecture — but the content is yours. Here is what happens, from the first assessment to the day you don't need us anymore.

01
Day one · 45 minutes

The unhurried 45-minute first visit.

We listen first. Movement screen, orthopaedic and neurological testing, history that goes back further than yesterday’s flare-up. No fifteen-minute drive-throughs.

02
Day one or two · written + emailed

A written plan you’ll actually read.

Diagnosis explained. Modalities chosen for your tissue. Realistic milestones. The work that happens between sessions printed and sent home with you.

03
Weeks 1–6 · 4–8 sessions typical

Treatment that starts on session one.

Hands-on therapy from your first visit. Shockwave, dry needling, manual therapy, progressive loading — calibrated and re-measured at session four. We adjust, we don’t guess.

04
Final session · discharge + 6-month check-in

You leave. We discharge you.

When the goals are hit, the plan ends. No upsell, no “maintenance package.” You walk out with a self-management plan and our number — for the next thing, in the next year.

Measured outcomes

How long things actually take. From our caseload, not a brochure.

Median weeks-to-functional-milestone across the conditions we treat most. Real ranges from our re-measured outcomes — not averages plucked from a textbook.

Outcomes are condition-specific and adjusted for severity at intake — your timeline will be quoted at your first visit.

In our own words

We built Rehoboth because too many Cayman patients were flying to Miami for care they could get on Island.

The choice in Cayman used to be: a fifteen-minute drive-through at a busy clinic, or a flight to Miami. Patients were leaving Island for problems we knew we could resolve here — if we slowed down, listened, and built a proper plan.

So we did. We assembled chiropractic, physiotherapy and general practice under one roof. We invested in shockwave, magnetotherapy, robotic rehab — equipment usually reserved for big-city teaching hospitals. And we made one rule: every first visit gets forty-five unhurried minutes. No exceptions.

The results show in our caseload — patients who arrived after years of failed treatment, now back to running, surfing, lifting, walking without pain. The clinic exists because they need somewhere to go that takes the time to get it right.

6 weeks
From flare to surfing
After two years and three different clinics, Rehoboth was the only place that actually asked why my shoulder hurt. Six weeks later I’m back surfing.

My mother’s stroke recovery took a different turn the day we walked into Rehoboth. The team built a plan around her, not a protocol. We are forever grateful.

Plantar fasciitis cleared
Eighteen months of morning steps that felt like glass. Four shockwave sessions later, the plantar fasciitis is gone. I cannot understand why I waited so long.

ACL to light jogging
Criterion-based, measured, never rushed. I trusted the timeline because they did the testing. Twelve weeks post-op and I was back on light jogs — exactly what they said.

CINICO and seven private insurers. Free shuttle. No surprises.

We bill directly to your insurer so most patients walk out paying only their plan's standard co-pay — and for many treatment plans, our free no-co-pay shuttle absorbs that too.

Common questions

The answers Cayman patients ask us most.

Don't see your question? Call (345) 329-8585 — we answer between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.

  • No referral is required for most treatments. Some insurers may request a GP letter for reimbursement — our front-desk team handles this in one call.

  • Most patients are seen within 24–48 hours. Urgent walk-ins are welcomed Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 7 PM.

  • CINICO plus seven major private insurers: BritCay, Cayman First, Generali, AXA PPP, Allied World, Cigna Global, and Aetna International. We bill directly and verify benefits before your first visit.

  • Yes. For eligible treatment plans (typically 6+ sessions), our no-co-pay shuttle covers transport to and from the clinic for most areas of Grand Cayman. We confirm eligibility at your first visit.

  • Photo ID, your insurance card, any recent imaging (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound) or specialist reports, and comfortable clothing you can move freely in.

  • Forty-five minutes. We use that time for a proper history, movement screen, orthopaedic and neurological testing, and a written treatment plan — never a fifteen-minute drive-through.

  • Yes — patients under 16 need a parent or guardian present at the first visit. Call us to discuss the case before booking.

  • Yes, free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee.

Stop managing it. Resolve it.

The pain you've been living with isn't normal. It's solvable.

One forty-five-minute assessment is enough to know what's actually wrong, what it will take to fix, and how long it will realistically take. Most patients leave the first visit lighter — and not just metaphorically.
