Our promise
At Rehoboth, we don't believe in production-line physio. Every assessment starts with twenty unhurried minutes — listening, moving, ruling things out. From there, we build a plan that uses the right combination of our eighteen modalities for your body, your sport, your work, your life.
Whether you're a tradesperson with a stubborn lower back, a returning runner with a flared Achilles, a stroke survivor relearning fine motor control, or simply someone tired of waking up sore — you'll be looked after by clinicians who treat you, not the symptom.
Exceptional, patient-centered care that restores mobility, relieves pain, and enhances quality of life.
To be the leading healthcare provider in Grand Cayman — recognised for clinical excellence and compassionate care.
Unhurried first visits, measurable outcomes, evidence-led modalities, and a discharge on the day you no longer need us.
Six core services
Most clinics force you to chase three different appointments across two ends of the island. We assembled the entire continuum of musculoskeletal and rehabilitative care under one roof in central Grand Cayman.
Physiotherapy
Hands-on manual therapy, progressive loading, shockwave, magnetotherapy, robotic rehab — calibrated to your tissue and stage of healing. Most patients use four to six modalities across a treatment plan, sequenced to the stage of recovery.
Explore physiotherapyChiropractic Care
Diversified manual technique, instrument-assisted methods (Activator, Drop-Table, Flexion-Distraction) and the soft-tissue rehab work that turns a single adjustment into lasting change. Integrated with our wider physiotherapy team.
Explore chiropractic careShockwave Therapy
Focused and radial acoustic-wave therapy for plantar fasciitis, Achilles and patellar tendinopathy, calcific shoulder tendinitis. Typical course is three to five sessions with re-measurement at session four — paired with progressive loading.
Explore shockwave therapyDry Needling
A Western-medical technique — single-use sterile needles into trigger points to release myofascial pain, headaches, and stubborn muscular knots. Patients feel reduced tension within minutes and lasting relief over 24–48 hours.
Explore dry needlingStroke Rehabilitation
Motor relearning, gait retraining, constraint-induced movement therapy, robotic-assisted rehab. Plans are reviewed every two weeks because recovery curves change fast in the first six months. We work closely with families — recovery happens at home, too.
Explore stroke rehabilitationGeneral Practice
Work-permit, taxi and PSV medicals, statutory certificates, annual health checks and family consultations — most completed in a single thirty-minute visit including paperwork.

Your recovery, in four acts
Every patient at Rehoboth follows the same architecture — but the content is yours. Here is what happens, from the first assessment to the day you don't need us anymore.
We listen first. Movement screen, orthopaedic and neurological testing, history that goes back further than yesterday’s flare-up. No fifteen-minute drive-throughs.
Diagnosis explained. Modalities chosen for your tissue. Realistic milestones. The work that happens between sessions printed and sent home with you.
Hands-on therapy from your first visit. Shockwave, dry needling, manual therapy, progressive loading — calibrated and re-measured at session four. We adjust, we don’t guess.
When the goals are hit, the plan ends. No upsell, no “maintenance package.” You walk out with a self-management plan and our number — for the next thing, in the next year.

Measured outcomes
Median weeks-to-functional-milestone across the conditions we treat most. Real ranges from our re-measured outcomes — not averages plucked from a textbook.
Outcomes are condition-specific and adjusted for severity at intake — your timeline will be quoted at your first visit.
Recovery, measured
Three real cases. Real numbers. Drag the divider to see where each patient started and where they finished — measured at discharge, not at session three.
Live availability
42 visits booked through this site this week. Same-week slots almost always available — these are the next four we can confirm right now.
Why Rehoboth
An honest comparison with the typical Cayman clinic experience. Every line below is something we hear, weekly, from patients arriving from elsewhere.
In our own words
The choice in Cayman used to be: a fifteen-minute drive-through at a busy clinic, or a flight to Miami. Patients were leaving Island for problems we knew we could resolve here — if we slowed down, listened, and built a proper plan.
So we did. We assembled chiropractic, physiotherapy and general practice under one roof. We invested in shockwave, magnetotherapy, robotic rehab — equipment usually reserved for big-city teaching hospitals. And we made one rule: every first visit gets forty-five unhurried minutes. No exceptions.
The results show in our caseload — patients who arrived after years of failed treatment, now back to running, surfing, lifting, walking without pain. The clinic exists because they need somewhere to go that takes the time to get it right.

Recovery stories
Anonymised real outcomes — measured at discharge, not at session three. Names changed on request; photographs are illustrative.
“After two years and three different clinics, Rehoboth was the only place that actually asked why my shoulder hurt. Six weeks later I’m back surfing.”
“My mother’s stroke recovery took a different turn the day we walked into Rehoboth. The team built a plan around her, not a protocol. We are forever grateful.”
“Eighteen months of morning steps that felt like glass. Four shockwave sessions later, the plantar fasciitis is gone. I cannot understand why I waited so long.”
“Criterion-based, measured, never rushed. I trusted the timeline because they did the testing. Twelve weeks post-op and I was back on light jogs — exactly what they said.”

Stop managing it. Resolve it.
One forty-five-minute assessment is enough to know what's actually wrong, what it will take to fix, and how long it will realistically take. Most patients leave the first visit lighter — and not just metaphorically.
